These are starter terms for a pilot program. They clarify data ownership, retention, and limited liability. Contact sales to request full terms and a security packet.

1. Service Description

JustReva provides an Intelligent receptionist service (“REVA”) for healthcare clinics. The service processes phone calls, schedules appointments, and handles routine inquiries.

2. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your clinic’s data. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties.

3. Retention & Deletion

Call data is retained per your configured retention policy (default: 30 days). You may request data export or deletion at any time.

4. Limited Liability

REVA is designed for scheduling and FAQs only. We are not liable for medical advice, emergency response delays, or scheduling errors. Always maintain human oversight.
